Your site lives on our own hosting, and we keep watch over it. When a security fix is released for your site’s software, we apply it without being asked, and it never counts against your updates.

Rather host it yourself?
A Care plan is optional. Without one, we hand you your website’s code with written notes on deploying it, and you host it yourself, with no ongoing help from us. Your website costs the same either way.
What counts as a manual update?
A change you ask us to make: you tell us what you want changed, and we change it. Each one counts towards your plan’s yearly allowance. Security patches and changes you make yourself in the portal don’t.
What does the first reply mean?
It’s how soon we first reply to your request, not how soon the change is live. A large change can take longer to finish.
What is an AI accessibility audit?
A check that AI agents can find, understand and act on your site. We make the updates needed to keep it in line with current best practice, and those fixes don’t count towards your manual updates.
How does Tier 1 include a website?
Signing up to Tier 1 takes $599 off your website, so a site of up to 10 pages costs nothing up front. Pages beyond the 10th are charged at the usual rates; the calculator on the Websites tab shows them. The November offer doesn’t take anything further off.
